General Terms and Conditions
*All prices are per fully bespoke item – we don’t believe you should be forced to buy more than you actually need.
* No minimum (or maximum) orders - but please remember we handcraft all items to order so please allow time for the production & delivery of your order - final seating positions for table plans need to be confirmed a minimum of 14 days before delivery
*The hand crafted nature of our items mean there may be small differences in the colours & positioning which add to the individuality of your items
* Personalised sample packs are available to help you make your choices, it's easier to envisage your stationery when your details are included and the cost will be refunded against a subsequent order of that design only.
* Discounts are based on the total value of your order & will be recalculated if you add further items
*Colours & wording can all be adjusted on all designs, typestyles can be adjusted on most designs - so just because we have a sample in lilac, silver & white it doesn't mean you can't have red, black & gold!!
* We supply a fully personalised proof of your chosen design once we have received your deposit - this will need to be signed and returned to us for your order to begin. Short notice orders can be proofed by email if preferred.
* Any changes to your chosen design after approval will incur additional charges.
* For an additional charge we will print the envelopes with the names and addresses of your guests in a matching font style
* Short notice orders will incur additional charges
* Delivery to a UK mainland address will be by 1st class Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery Royal Mail, Special Deivery Royal Mail or Overnight Courier & will be charged at cost
* We ask for a 50% non refundable deposit when you place your order & the balance prior to the dispatch of your completed order. If you would prefer to pay by instalments please let us know
