Traditionally they were decorative nets containing 5 sugared almonds to symbolise Health, Wealth, Happiness, Long Life & Fertility
These days, you can choose from a wide range of nets, bags and shaped boxes which can be matched to your stationery and the contents can be chosen to suit your event – sugared almonds, bon-bons, smarties, marshmallows, jelly beans, mini love-heart sweets….
